By combining creativity and awareness, it embeds commitment in artistic practice. This partnership allows our students to develop a range of skills, providing them with the opportunity to combine art and environmental commitment:
- Photography: technical mastery and artistic vision of living things.
- Teaching: ability to convey complex messages to a young audience in a fun way.
- Ecology: a deep understanding of environmental issues and the ability to embody them.
- Professionalization: a concrete project to enrich their portfolio and expand their network.
Students become conveyors of emotions and ideas. Their work with children illustrates how art can transform perspectives for a lasting impact.
Photography workshops to raise children's awareness of living things
A comprehensive educational process supervised by experts
Jean-Louis Tornato (artist and professor of photographic creativity) and Solange Reboul (co-director and cultural mediation specialist at the Gwinzegal Art Center) guide students through a training program that combines artistic methodology and environmental awareness.
The students' projects are submitted to a mixed jury, comprising teachers and experts from WWF France. Originality, feasibility, and ecological relevance dictate the choices. This process guarantees captivating and eco-responsible workshops.<
An art project that changes perceptions
Photography workshops transform children's perspective on living things. They discover local ecosystems, develop their creativity, and become aware of climate issues through the lens of a camera.Throughout the workshops, children develop a curious, creative, and conscious view of the world around them:
- Exploring local biodiversity: discovering fauna and flora, understanding ecosystems.
- Fun photography techniques: introduction to the basics of photography.
- Artistic creation: carrying out projects based on their photos, linking art and the environment.
- Raising awareness of environmental issues: pollution, waste, climate change.
The partnership between Atelier de Sèvres and WWF France is yielding concrete results: committed after-school centers, raised awareness in local communities, and artistic projects rooted in ecological transition.
